Break free from plateaus and injuries

We started treating runners in 2019 as chiropractors. We kept seeing the same problems: runners who trained hard but kept getting injured, hitting

plateaus, and never getting faster. The missing piece was almost always strength.

Two clinically trained coaches. Hundreds of runners. One consistent truth: the runners who strength train don't just get stronger — they get more durable, more efficient, and more confident in everything they do.

TARGET INJURY PRONE AREAS

After working with runners for years, we designed a series of program that helps runners increase running efficiency and reduce overuse injury risk.

Frequently Asked Questions

After years of working with runners, and being runners ourselves, we know what you're thinking.

Do I need a gym membership for these programs?

No. We have several different programs ranging from a few bands and a couple weights to barbell workouts for home gyms. We've seen runners make great progress with limited equipment.

How should I fit this into my run training?

According to the most recent research, runners who strength train 2x per week for 30 minutes have increased running efficiency and decreased injury risk. They were also faster. Our programs keep this recommendation in mind.

Should I strength train before or after I run?

With proper recovery in mind, we recommend avoiding strength training and running on the same day. BUT we also know this isn't always possible. And the short answer is that it probably doesn't matter. Choose the activity that you want to work the hardest at first. If you are an elite runner, you'll want to space out your sessions by at least 2 hours.

How long are the workouts?

Workout sessions range from 20-60 minutes depending on the program you select.

Do I need strength training experience?

Nope. While we recommend working with a movement specialist to learn complex exercises like squat and deadlift, many athletes have been successful starting with our Foundations program.

What happens if I miss a workout?

Don't sweat it. You can move around your workouts so that they fit your schedule. Missed workouts will disappear from your program after three weeks.

If I'm injured, can I still start the programming?

We recommend talking to your physical therapist or rehab team before you start. A custom program might be more appropriate and effective so booking a FREE CONSULT CALL would be the next step.

What happens if I need to cancel my membership?

Life happens. We get it. You can make changes to your membership through the settings in your app at any time.
